Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All stock orders are generally processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Custom order lead times vary with the scope and quantity of the product.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Free delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery to additional domestic locations is quoted per order.

Fire and Feast Products, LLC is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes

Shipment to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is expedited via the USPS with shipping costs calculated on a per order basis

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.thefireandfeast.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Contact Fire and Feast Products, LLC via email at support@thefireandfeast.com regarding any products damaged or lost during shipping. Damaged items fall under our Return and Refund Policy.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before returning.
